Our rates are consistent with the Affordability Benchmark for the Okanagan, as set by the Ministry of Education and Child Care.

Please note these rates do not include the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI). The university is applying for CCFRI and has estimated the standard fee reduction for the various age groups if approved.

This chart outlines the parent portion based on acceptance into this CCFRI funding. Other government funding, such as the Affordability Child Care Benefit, will be accepted if the family meets the eligibility requirements.
How fees are paid
Monthly childcare fees will be paid through our online software program called Fastoche. There will also be an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) function set up for families. Childcare fees are due on the first of the month in full.
Fees are based on a monthly rate, and discounts/refunds are not given for days missed due to illness, holidays, centre closures, or days not covered by the Affordability Child Care Benefit.
